Behind the Brand
what is the motivation behind why, we do what we do?
One of the biggest drivers for High Health Club, is why. Why do we do what we do, why does this product or that practice benefit us and why does it differ from others in the wellness world?
Without an understanding of why, there is no incentive to implement change and certainly no longevity to a practice or lifestyle shift. In a world of over saturation of products, fads, diets and a constant rotation of the next best thing, our aim is to showcase brands that deliver rather than confuse!
With every offering here, there is a why. Allow us to take you on the journey and uncover what lies beneath each and how each.
An Organised Life
I aim to put the same amount of energy & effort into myself & my health/wellbeing as I do with my relationships & work. It’s something I’m constantly working on.
Orchard Street
After several years in clinical practice I realised a general disconnect with our relationship to plant medicines, that they only serve as a prescription to be taken in times of need. While they certainly have a powerful place here, incorporating plants into daily life as a part of our food and beverage rituals can build a deep appreciation and reverence for their potential to heal. So this is ultimately the driving force behind all of our creations, to connect people with the life enhancing potential of plant medicines.
Living Skin
We started Living Skin, because we couldn’t find a range that was formulated by a professional community that relied on a body of research and progress, and absent of misleading beauty marketing and unrealistic standards.
Inner Compass Cards
You decide for yourself what luxury or wealth means to you and what's important for you and what you desire. I have high standards because I like quality products and I care about their origin. Therefore I prefer to buy local or handcrafted.
One Eleven
We’re here to be a part of the worldwide movement of self-health, where we shift back into intuition and empowerment about our health on all levels, and stop outsourcing our health (and our power).
Land Essentials
What is your biggest indulgence?
A Friday night cocktail with a side of fries and olives. Doing this makes me feel like I’m in my own European summer & is my favourite indulgence moment.

Luxury to me isn't having the best of everything, but it's investing in the things that you get the most enjoyment out of. I think that's relative to everything in life, i.e. food, travel, experiences, etc.
Shemana Elixirs.
What does luxury mean to you?
Wearing cashmere, lighting the fire, a nice bottle of wine and extra moments to exhale.
Stass & Co.
What does luxury mean to you?
A home in nature by the ocean, an east-facing deck so I can do my daily Sadhana, to the rising sun and good linen!
The Gut Co.
We are interconnected with the environment around us and its insects, animals, soil and air. If we wish to improve our health we cannot merely focus on us as individuals.
High Health Club.
There is no one thing that supports true health. It’s a combination of all of the things that ensure the health of you, me and the planet.
ROCC Naturals.
My biggest indulgence is taking Prue time. This is usually a yoga class or a glass (or two) of wine with friends. For a long-time I felt guilty about doing this. But I’ve learnt it helps me find balance and be recharged as a Mum and Boss.
