Easy Nut Butter
ingredients
Nuts of choice (can use a mix)
Pinch of good quality salt
method
Pre-heat oven to 160 C
Add nuts to pan with a pinch of salt
Lightly roast nuts of choice for 16mins (good idea to stop half way to turn so they get an even colour)
Transfer nuts to food processor and blend
This process will take 15-20mins, just keep blending until you get the right consistency. You may need to scrape down the sides a few times to make sure consistent, eventually you should get a nice runny consistency
Store in jar. Should last a few weeks
